I do make myself available for a very limited amount of coaching and
consulting.

My
normal consulting rate is $750 per hour. However, for clients who have
previously invested in an Ultimate Website Review my special rate for
phone consultation is $500 per hour. You save $250 per hour!
During
our initial phone consultation
I will speak with you briefly to make sure I can help you with the kinds
of questions you have before turning on my "consulting clock."
To
get to know your business and your needs properly your initial consultation
should be a full hour in length. After that, my time is billed in 15
min. segments. This allows you to touch base with me for coaching anytime
you have a question or need some advice.

of my in depth consultation services begin with a free 15 to 20 min.
initial phone consultation to determine the project objectives. My consulting
rate is $750 per hour.

The
great thing about my quotes is if I screw up my estimate of how long
it will take, I eat the cost of the extra hours. If I get the job done
in less time than I estimated, I refund the unused hours! That way your
project never costs more than the amount I quote you (and it often costs
less.)
On
Site Consultation
I am also available to meet with you and your team at your
location for more detailed and personalized training, workshops and
coaching.
Depending
on my availability I can do half-day, full day or even multi day programs,
covering all of your areas of concern.
My
rate for a half-day consultation (up to 4 hours) is $7,997, plus first
class travel. Because of my central location I can usually do half-day
sessions on either coast without the need for an overnight stay, saving
you quite a bit of money.
A full
day coaching session (4 to 8 hours) is $10,000 plus first class travel
and overnight accommodations. Depending on where you are located I usually
prefer to fly in the night before the session, spend the night so I
am well rested and at my best for you and then fly back home after we
are done.
Multi
day sessions are billed at $8,000 per day, plus first class travel,
accommodations and $150 per day for meals and incidentals.
My

From time to time I am willing to take on select clients for
long term, ongoing coaching and mentoring.
The
difference between consulting and coaching is, a consultant will help
you solve a set of specific problems or give you advice on a certain
issue, but a coach will stay on top of you, motivate you, inspire you,
hold you accountable for achieving the goals that you set together and
commit long term to the success of your business.
The
number of clients that I can make this type of commitment to is limited
and I am very selective about the people and companies I work with.
Successful coaching requires a strong and long term commitment to the
program from you.
My
fee for this type of program depends on the scope of your project and
the number of hours each month it will take to help you reach your goals,
however the hourly rate for my coaching clients is discounted from you
normal hourly rate.

Because
of my strong commitment to honest and ethical business practices,
I do not accept projects from companies or individuals that practice
unethical or deceptive tactics.
My
reputation and personal integrity are too important to me, to allow
them to be tarnished by association with companies that are not committed
to upholding the highest ethical standards.

The best part is, if you act on my recommendations (or have me implement
them for you) your investment in my consultation can often pay for itself
within a few days. You only pay me once, but the improvements to your
website, marketing and business continue to generate profits month after
month!
